Yeah... I've really never had a problem with campers in this game... Unless they are the type to kill 2 or 3 and move somewhere else. Thats what I do anyway lol.

Not really but with a few gray areas. You know exactly where they are, and as long as you do some sort of flank then it's over for them. But if they are lagging a bit or the strange thing happens when you snipe someone in the head and the bullets don't register and he kills you makes it annoying. Other than that, i'm okay with it.

Truly i think it's a legit strategy. Try putting it in situations like headquarters. Everyone else is going for the capture, but one guy is hanging back (preferably a sniper) slowing their advance by camping and sniping them before they get to the headquarters. Or they can be used to see if the other team is flanking.

I always have a problem with "camping." Because people give a general grouping to "camper." There is a difference between a camper with an m60, and someone with an m40. And even in those categories, there can be a huge difference of skill with 2 different types of campers with an m40. When I "camp" with an m40, I have the ACOG attached, and roam in a small area. I don't sit in one spot, but I do roam in one small area. I strategically place claymores to guard my rear, and I also keep tabs of my claymores. When they get blown, and which ones. So I keep checking my unguarded 6.

In my eye's a skilled camper is much more an art form.

most everyone does it im sure most people arnt moving 100% of the time to a new spot.

i dont get why camping is so frowned upon. just because youre not impatient.
people dont realize how hard being a good camper is. it gets really difficult, and to be effective at it, you often have to be quick or the trigger.
camping is a huge strategy game. ill be the first to admit im not the best at the game in regards to running in and going rambo like some people are.
the reason i get alot more kills than deaths is because i play smart.

Camping isnt the easiest sometimes unless your teammates are good and keep people of your back since most people when killed by a camper go right back to try and kill them and if you killed more than one person you get like 5 people comin after you which most likely means death, unless the other team ignores you then you end up like 30 and 0.

If you communicate properly then camping really isn't too big of an issue

All I play is SnD..and there is a lot of camping...I don't really camp..although I do stick to a small choke point on def.
On off I wait the pre fire and pre nades and then advance slowly..if I'm the last man I don't camp .

Well everyone camps, and people who camp in the same spot are always fun to kill.

yeah I think camping is a part of the game. If you know where someone is camping and you can't kill them, then it may just be that you're not as good as you thought you were. Those people would rather complain about camping, then face the fact that the camper is a better player than them.

eh it kind of does if they have snipers but it doesnt cause we can just rush em or just toss a good grenade
