Using the MP40
Do you prefer to use flash hider, Aperture Sight or box magazine? I've found that the box magazine works best for me so I never run out of ammo for the most part and it's very handy when you run into two enemies at the same time. If you manage to survive one of them will end up running out of ammo before you do.
I noticed people using MP40 and the Sights have no recoil on the replays. They'll kill me from a distance and their gun doesn't even move at all.. I use it and it's all over the place.

Re: Using the MP40
well i am supposed to wear glasses but i don't.. so things are a little blurry especially at a distance i can't see a thing. My K/D ratio will probably go up from 1.16 to 2.0 if I got some glasses lol

What you see in killcams arent always true. On there screen they still have recoil but the killcam "sometimes" doesnt show it, same for when someone shoots you with a deagle on CoD 4, doesnt show recoil on killcam, also makes people think your using a modded controller lol.godonacid wrote:Do you prefer to use flash hider, Aperture Sight or box magazine? Re: Using the MP40
I have found that while using the box mag you can kill up to 7-9 people without a single reload. Even when the reload "Press X" button pops up you can still can two more enemies with well place shots. Personnally I find 7-9 kills in a row a little unnecessary. Without the dual mags I can kill three enemies without a reload and even four sometimes, when all four encounters are up close. I tend to reload often so I go with no attachment whatsoever. When playing search though I will use the suppressor. Pretty much all SMG's in this game are great without the drum or any attachment for that matter. Except for the PPSh, that's the only one I use a Drum mag with.

I also use the box magazine. It is a beast, I can go a while without reloading and it is powerful, but i hate the guys who only use this gun. The M1A1 Carbine is beastly

i dont really use the m1a1. probably because u get it at lvl 65 and i prestige. when i use it the sight pisses me off. the aperture looks pretty beast on it.

^Same here.^
I hate using aperture site i never use it on mp40, i find the hip fire accuracy very good for this weapon.
I also dont use M1A1 often. By the time i get to 65, i just think about prestige, and only get to silencer by the time i have enough XP.

Re: Using the MP40
MP40 becomes a pissoff sometimes when everyone uses it in every game, along with drop shotting, thinking they're pro. Its the strongest weapon in the game, why brag about it. And i see soooo many 10th prestiges using it with martyrdom, juggernaut, and betties or bombsquad. It gets to be a real pissoff.

Re: Using the MP40
Hey im 0th prestige level 60... a damn noob.... and I admit I use the MP40 if i'm doing really bad! Especially if i keep getting killed by MP40 users.
Lately though my main squeeze is the stg-44 with flash surpressor. But hell ya I used bettys. The game is cheap no matter how you look at it so i do use bettys to cover my back and i dont care if its a noob tactic.

I put Bandolier, Double Tap, and Steady aim on my mp40. The Double Tap makes me feel less nooby Even though it makes me spray more.
